Cancellation Policy
At Posh & Polished, your appointments are very important to us. We have established the following Cancellation and No-Show policy to ensure mutual respect of both your time and ours. We strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients.
When you book your appointment the time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that schedule change can be necessary, and sometimes appointments need to be re-scheduled or canceled.
CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES
• We ask that all clients cancel or reschedule your appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This will provide us the opportunity to schedule another client.
• Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
• Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a 'No Show" fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s).
This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby clients of any availability. Without sufficient notice, we end up turning away other clientele who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Cancellation and 'No Show fees will need to be paid in FULL prior to scheduling a new appointment. If payment is not made, a hold will be put on your profile in our system, and all new appointments will be declined. All fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that sometimes things happen outside of your control to make you late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, but unfortunately it will limit the time allocated for your service or we may need to reschedule your appointment. If we have to reschedule your appointment, you will be responsible for 50% of the value of the original service(s).
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late so we can best accommodate everyone.
